Not too keen on the first part of the ride, but I suppose that you had no choice in this change. The rest of it was brilliant! S Parker. Rider 854

You must be congratulated on the organisation of the event, which I thought was fantastic. N Anderson. Rider 312.

A big thank you to all those who took time out of their Saturday to marshal the event. Vivienne Nicholson. Rider 1110

It was my first GYBR, but it certainly won't be the last. Mervyn Ashford. Rider 1309.

Thank you for a wonderful day. The organisation was incredible. G Brown. Rider 239

Best day of the year!. Andy McFarlane. Rider 1557

My 5th GYBR. Thanks to all the organisers for a great and safe event. A great day out with the chance to help some charities along the way. Ian Hill.

Thank you for organising such a splendid event once again. N Weir. Rider No 69

Thanks for another well marshalled & organised event. W Pitts Rider No 937

The applause at the end was a real fillip as the last 10 miles was rather hard.                        E D Scott. Rider No 1285

Thanks for organising such a fantastic event. Jane Ivers. Rider No 1693

Having just completed the 2007 event. I would to convey the thanks of myself and the other members of my group to all of the volunteers who took care of the drink stops,  marshalled junctions in at times some appalling conditions. All of them had a smile on their faces and words of encouragement as we passed. Jeff Jones. Rider 544

A great day for the ride.  The weather improved as we approached Easingwold with brief periods of sun. The organisation and marshalling was, as usual, impeccable. This is definitely my favourite charity ride. Thanks. Alastair Smith. Rider 126

This was my first GYBR. I enjoyed it thoroughly. It was superbly well
organised and marshalled. Thank you. Tim Tristram.

Just a note to thanks for the organisation of a splendid day out. Please also send a big get well to the lady who makes the buns at the last drinks stop, we ALL missed her. John Carrington

I would like to just say a big thank you to everyone involved in the organisation of yesterdays event, its my first time I have taken part in the event.  It must have taken many hours organisation to have made it run so smoothly. Nick Walton. Rider no 1087

Just wanted to say what a great day we had on Saturday. It was my first time and I was blown away by the organisation and level of support. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. It was an absolute pleasure to be part of it. Many thanks to all those who provided help in any way. Already looking forward to next year.                   Dave Shillito Rider No 596

I would like to thank everyone concerned with the ride this year. The organisation must be a mammoth task but from a rider's point of view everything was well thought out and carried out. The marshals in particular were very cheerful and I thanked most of them as we passed.  Lunch was plentiful and varied and so welcome. I did wonder if I would make the whole ride but knowing that there were St John's, Cyclesense and back-up vans gave me a sense of security and I did finish the whole ride giving me a fantastic sense of achievement. Thank you once again. Helena Romanowska

Please accept my thanks for yet another successful event. Well organised and marshalled by all concerned. N Kynaston. Rider 1707

Many thanks for a great day. R Marshall & P Dawes. Riders 487 & 1478

A big thank you to all who played a part in this bike ride. Not too keen on the new first part of the ride, which I suppose you had little choice in. But the rest of it was brilliant. S Parker. Rider 854
